Shipping Policy
CIC BEAUTY Products:
Orders received before 12 noon Monday-Friday will ship same day whenever possible. All orders are shipped the most cost-effective way unless other arrangements have been made. Shipping is billed at cost and there is never a handling fee. Free shipping in the contiguous US. All others will receive a $20 credit towards shipping, not to exceed the cost of shipping. We do not ship Smart Post on any carrier due to excessive delays. We will at your request, but a shipping release is required. We are closed on all major holidays.
OUIDAD Products:
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Processing time usually takes one business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday – Friday. Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time (including order processing time)
